EPMD has ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified facility that has been manufacturing medical devices for almost 30 years. All product manufactured follow strict protocol as per the Indian CDSCO and European CE guidelines. We have extensive experience of working with power electronics equipment and handling related machinery. Similarly, we also have expertise in handling lighting related equipment and optical systems. Our team is trained specially to handle assembly work, including laser welding, soldering, etc. of LEDs and other SMD components.

Our quality control team is experienced in upholding highest quality requirement as per the ISO requirements. With more than 5000 sq ft of manufacturing area, we have abundant space for any kind of medical device manufacturing. We have also developed a network of super-specialty vendors near us who do custom manufacturing for our requirement that further enhances of manufacturing capabilities. We take up custom manufacturing project from volumes as low as 50 units right up to 5000 units a year.
