Dr. Rohan Nagare
Research and Development Director, EPMD

Leading research scientist in the field of light and health, retinal neurophysiology and phototransduction mechanisms. Alumni of the US NIH fellowship program in Alzheimer's Disease Clinical and Translational Research. PhD in 'Light and Health' from Lighting Research Center, NY and a Bachelor's degree in 'Electronics and communications' from the Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad. Other areas of expertise include optical modeling, embedded technology and power electronics.

    CEO, EPMD

    Priyal has been leading the transformation of EPMD group from a family owned and operated organization into a high performance professionally governed one. He has completed his engineering from IIT Bombay, and went on to do an MBA in Marketing. Has worked on ground with every department within the organization from before entering into the management team, and has been identified as the leader to take the organization into its next phase.

Dr. Sadhana Nagare
Director, EPMD

One of the founding members of the company, Sadhana has helped the organization to stay grounded and has been instrumental in guiding the company’s value system. Dr Sadhana comes with a medical degree and has been contributing in bringing in a clinicians perspective of looking at medical devices.

    Engineer by brain and an entrepreneur by heart he has led Matrix to a new level within a short period of span. With 26 years of experience in Marketing & Business Management he has built a most structured and well managed marketing front of the company where sky is the limit.

Sunita Nagare
Director of Operations and Finance, Matrix Medicals

She has a good marketing background and has integrated the service division of the group, Sugikare India Pvt Ltd. She has been entrusted with the responsibility to handle the dealer's department and logistics network of the company. Playing a key role in the company she has successfully appointed dealers across the nation. Also efficiently looking after Supply chain management of Eclipse.

    Marketing Head, EPMD

    He has experience of over 25 years in Marketing in Healthcare Industry and has been leading the marketing team of Matrix for the past 10 years with a firm focus on customer centricity. Through tremendous technical knowledge, hardcore marketing skills and dedication he has single handedly led the marketing team to a new level, and today he is a reputed name among surgeons all over India.

Vivek Patankar
Technical Consultant, EPMD

An electrical engineer by trade, Vivek is a Power Electronics specialist. He brings in vast experience of design and development, engineering, project execution, knowledge management and commissioning with some of the leading technology companies in our country. His experience as a certified Lead Assessor for ISO9000 adds another dimension to his advisory role with EPMD.
